Many people search for creativity in familiar techniques and traditional ways of using artistic materials. You may think that you have to have a special talent for imaginative creation, which is not 100% wrong. However, it is known that talent can be developed and every person can gain an aesthetic point of view.

Content
Every human being is creative, every time they solve a daily problem, lead a meeting or start a creative process before cooking a meal. Creativity is in every area of human life.
In this training we will try to understand the key points of creative thinking.
How can we become more creative?
Can the familiar materials around us that we constantly use in daily life inspire us?
We will definitely discover both our own creativity and the spirit of the materials and achieve creative surface designs. Experimentalism will lead us on this creative journey.

Material
Participants are expected to come with their materials. You will get information about what to bring before it starts.

Teacher
Semra Gür Üstüner was born in Turkey. Her high school, bachelor's, master's and doctorate in art and textiles. She started her career as a textile designer. Starting her twelve-year journey as a research assistant at Marmara University Faculty of Fine Arts, she took a break as an associate professor. Surface design, print design, colour, creativity and design history are her areas of expertise. Currently in the process of writing a book on textile art in Turkey, she is excited to open her own art and design studio in Almhult called Studio of Creativity!
